Known as the baby in the cement block,Her date of birth is not known neither is her date of death ,
it is thought she was born between the 1960s or 80s but no one know, she was found in a cement block
after a cruel short life of 6 months.
She was discovered on 11 September, 2002, in a garage in the hamlet of Barepot, near Workington. No
one know what her date of birth or death was but i out it as the date she was found on here so she
can go on page of remembrance. I also put her birthdate 6 months previous to make her 6 months old.
Baby Lara has touched so many hearts in her sad story that only came to light 15 years after her
death.
The horror of her story made most mothers cradle their children tight , a lot of people lit candles
and cried in sorry for the baby girl.
May she always be remembered with much love by us all and given much love that she never got from us
all on G2S.
I hope people who have babies and don't want them ...put them in with loving families for now on ,
rather than the ill fate on baby Lara.

I just cannot believe that someone would do something like this! I mean, i just want to be physically sick! I wish i could know who done this, i hope that whoever did this suffers in a huge way!! I just hope this poor beautiful baby girl is in heaven with the angels and they will take care of here the way she deserves!! Baby Lara, i will think of you everyday! I will pray that whoever done this to you is struck down and suffers! When did all this cruelty start, its not fair!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I have sat here, fingers poised over the keyboard for several moments, no words seem appropriate. What a terrible tragic tale. No punishment here on earth would fit that crime & we must take comfort from knowing that one day, when it is the time for the person responsible to face their final accountability that justice will be done.
I pray that little Lara's last moments were brief and her journey home to our Lord was quick and without pain.
